The perfect snack that can be whipped up in minutes to satisfy any sweet tooth. This recipe inspired by Sympli, only requires a couple of ripe plantains, a spoonful of brown sugar or coconut sugar, a pinch of salt and cinnamon, a sprinkling of coconut flakes (optional) and coconut oil for frying.   Recipe This takes all of 6 minutes to cook. This is an easy and delicious snack and great for those of us who have a sweet-tooth! You can use peanuts instead for this recipe if you prefer it or just want to switch it up a little.
