This page is mainly inspired by my recent transition from red meat and poultry eater to pescatarianism.
It all started a few months ago when I became vegan for lent. I embarked on that journey knowing that I wanted to adopt a couple of things to continue with even after lent was over. I decided that I would return to consuming dairy products but would maintain my restriction of meat.
So, here you’ll find simple recipes of what I’ve been eating (as well as food I used to eat!) and hopefully this will inspire meal ideas for you too.
