This is inspired by the Ghanaian food Krakro/Tatale This sweet delicacy can be made with or without flour. Here is the recipe with flour but you can also leave it out. I find that the flour helps the pancakes hold together better. I was scrolling on Instagram the other day when I came across this beautiful photo of a bird: the oriental dwarf kingfisher. This one is a good one for overly ripe bananas that you don’t want to throw away, and they’re really easy to make. This is just a guideline so you can jazz it up – or down – however you like.
